First Park City Snow of 2009-10 season!

First Snow Yesterday (Sept 30) first snow of the season in Park City... here's proof. Taken at Sterling lift at Deer Valley. Still cold today, so not completely melted.... It's a little early, so don't get the skis out yet unless you want to hike at Alta.

Here is what it looked like the day before!

Deer Valley We keep seeing the heavy hitters close on high end homes in Deer Valley. Two closing at "Christopher Homes" in the $5M range each this week. These are just above Grand Lodge at Northside lift. Another pending sale of a merely average home in American Flag in Deer Valley....nowhere near the lifts or slopes. Listed appx. $3M.

Promontory September was a good sales month at Promontory, as interest picks up, with five homes and 3 lots closed and a large $3.8m home pending sale. Most Promontory lot sales are still in the low end, under $200k!

Otherwise, a pretty slow week so far!

  1. Looks like an early snow pattern with two storms in September... keep it coming, and maybe an early open at PCMR
